Drink Vendor Fees:
$400 per 10' x10' booth

Additional Booth Fee:
$100 per 10' x 10'  booth ***WAIVED FOR CAMROSE EVENT***

*We keep the limit of vendors low, to ensure a profitable experience for our partners and so you can showcase your brand properly*

Tokens: We do a physical token system. Tokens will be $2.50 retail. 

Vendor Payout Per Token:

Food vendors: $2.00
Drink vendors: $1.25

Tokens will be physically counted at the end of the event during check out time. Paid out by the following Wednesday.

Booze And Bites Token Structure (based on AGLC guidelines)

One Token=

Beer: 4 oz (112 mL)

Cider / RTDs: 4 oz (112 mL)

Spirits: ½ oz (14.2 mL)

Wine: 2 oz (56 mL)

Expected ticket sales: 3500 - 6000

What We Provide Our Vendors:

  - A massive indoor space with tons of room to showcase your brand.
  - Dedicated event DJ (no outside music allowed at individual booths).
  - Free ice, one 6ft table per 10x10 booth, and two chairs.
  - Same-day load-in and load-out 
  - Extensive regional marketing, promotional coverage, and a dedicated feature on our website
  - Dedicated loading zones and free base power for non-food vendors.

MOVE IN: Day of The Event: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM 
*Exhibitors with larger equipment must make special move-in arrangements.

MOVE OUT: Day of The Event: 10:00 PM - 11:45 PM
*All exhibitors must be moved out immediately after the Event.
